Hello,
It commonly occurs due to inadequate lubrication before penetrative sex. Sometimes, it can also be due to psychological factors that does not let the vaginal muscles to stay as much relaxed as it should. Emotional factors also play role. You two should be in love to have a better sex life. Simply, having physical sex may affect the hormone function and hence less lubrication.
Women need love, caresses and a long duration of foreplay. You are advised not to go for penetrative sex if she is not sufficiently wet. Avoid vigorous and rough sex. Rough sex will hurt her and cause her cuts, tear and bleeding. Avoid sex or any sexual activity for a couple of days. Let her heal. She can take
acetaminophen, one stat after food to get relief.
However, some underlying medical condition can also cause her such symptoms like bleeding disorders, cervical or endometrial polyps, fibroids,
cervical ectropion, PID,
hormonal problems, etc. Get her clinically examined and treated at the earliest. Do not use sex toys on her. She should keep herself well hydrated with water and fluids to prevent
vaginal dryness. She should not douche her vagina. Avoid multiple partners. Always perform
safe sex.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
