I am 58 years old and have not had a period for about 10 years but sometimes when I have sex or masturbate I bleed not alot just if I wipe or a little in my underwear my stomach is enlarged but I think it might just be where I gain weight because I quit smoking 10 years ago and gained weight so I thought this is where the weight was going also since my mother also had a bigger belly could this be another problem
