What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Duphaston?

Hi After the birth of my son i didnt menstruate for a year but after that year i started menstruating just a drops a day for 2 years straight the docters said there no much we could do for you as i still have a childrens wish and what is more troubeling i ve PCOS So last week i went for my routine check up and the GYN saw a GESTATIONAL SAC she told me to do a pregnancy test and if negative i should take some DUPHASTON 2x a day 10mg and after the duphaston she told me to expect bleeding I came home and tested negatieve and i have been taking the medicine but having some bleeding to is the duphaston going to terminate my baby or what should i expect Many thanks

Duphaston is a progesterone preparation & can not cause abortion. Withdrawal bleeding after Duphaston pills is seen when there is delayed period without pregnancy (as in pcos). You already have PCOS. The false +'ve pregnancy test could be due to pollution of urine sample.
