What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Distension Post Polyp Removal?
Hi Doc, I just removed polip inside my womb on 26 of last month. Ever since I have had a reddish discharge and my tummy has increased in size. My last period started on the 18th of nov, yesterday I noticed a swollen lymph jode under my right armpit and this morning I noticed that am bleeding lightly. What could be the problem
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Polyp removal from the uterine cavity can lead to bleeding and spotting a few days after the procedure. However, such prolonged Bleeding needs to be investigated properly. Enlarged lymph node in the armpit can be due to infection or due to breast cancer. For this you should consult a surgeon so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
