What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Cramps After Unprotected Sex?

I had unprotected sex but he pulled out before he ejaculated. It wasn t the first time I had sex but the first time I had unprotected sex and my hymen had already been broken. And when I went to the bathroom I was bleeding a lot and I m still having spotting when I wipe my vagina. And my stomach is starting to cramp up. What does this mean?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you are due for your natural menstrual period, this bleeding can be considered to be the onset of the period. Otherwise, such postcoital bleeding can occur from local causes like erosions/inflammation of the cervix, infections of the vagina, cervical and endometrial polyps etc. A thorough local examination is needed to detect the underlying cause and plan management. A sonogram of the pelvis also is needed to exclude any possible cysts of the ovary. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
