What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Despite Being On Depo Shot?

I had the depo shot done in April I haven t had any signs of bleeding since the till yesterday I was have a bit of a cramping feeling in my cervix area I went to the restroom and wiped and there was a reddish orange discharge could it be my body trying to go back to normal after the shot or could I be pregnant me and my husband have been having unprotected sex

It is a normal bleeding while you are using depo injection for contraception.. I encountered many such patients who are having irregular cycle and mid cycle spotting while on depo injection. Regarding pregnancy doubt please do urine pregnancy test ,mostly 99% you will not be a pregnant
