Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1. First of all do not panic.
2. As per your history, you have delayed conception. And the bleeding can be due to bleeding behind developing placenta - retro chorionic bleeding.
3. In such cases, I usually suggest to my patients to take bed rest. Use of medicines to control the bleeding, like vitamin C, Tranexamic acid and for growth and support for pregnancy tablets of micronized progesterone and injection of Human chorionic gonadotropin. Of course your treating doctor will help you with the course and doses of the same.
4 . Repeat USG after a week is suggested to find out growth and viability of pregnancy.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
