Hello. my girlfriend and I recently had unprotected sex and shes bleeding, its been about 3 days. SHes a vegitarian so her cycles are iregular. What does this mean?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

There are several causes of post-coital bleeding. Common ones are:
1. cervical lesions- cervical erosion, cervical ectropion, polyp, cervical cancer or pre-neoplastic conditions
2. Endometrial lesions- polyp, hyperplasia, cancerous growth
3. Vaginal lesions- infection/inflammation

You need to take your girl friend to consult gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like endometrial curettings, cervical curettings, etc.
The management can be planned after results of the investigations is obtained.
