What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Large Clots?

3.5 month post c section had dissolvable staples which r still intact. Had one period since. Had bacterial vagnosis. Breastfeeding so Dr treated w a gel that s inserted into the vagina every night for five days. Noticed less sympts oy for a few days and it was back. Retreating w sane med again but now dried clumpy hardened dark red little clots every time I wipe....what are the clots? Very strange....something more serious maybe???

The clots are a symptom of the infection, and it being left poorly treated. I would not worry about the clots much, but would although like to request your doctor to pay more attention on treatment of your infection.

May be a longer duration of the medication prescribed may help. Please re-visit your doctor for the same.
