What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Lower Waist Weakness?
I am weak from 3 months the waist down. It goes away if I take a painkiller (anti-inflammatory one) Additionally I have some polyps apparently I also wipe dark brown blood every morning I am just entering menopause (no period for last 3 months @ 52 Cotton but can find red blood in urethra sometimes too

Hi, I think you should get yourself examined by a gynecologist. If polyps are causing problems, these should be removed. Blood from urethra may be due to urine infections. It can cause pain also. So, get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics.
