Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be Due to abortion, ectopic pregnancy or bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage). The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound. Sometimes, no cause is found and then the condition is known as idiopathic bleeding.
If the fetus is growing well and the cardiac activity is visible, then you need not worry. You should restrict your physical activity and take progesterone support in the form of tablets or injections.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
