Hi,
I understand your concern. Normally before
menstruation the vaginal mucus secretion is increased . It is usually clear discharge with medium viscosity.
* It seems you have / considerable/copious liquid ,whitish discharge before periods. Which gives rise to back pain/weakness in legs. These symptoms may accompany burning in urine/ itching.
You need to get vaginal swab microscopic examination to point out causative organism, It may be fungal/bacterial. Treatment is offered according to diagnosis.
* Sometimes there are no other symptoms ,only liquid discharge with back, lower abdomen & leg pain is found. This is painful menstruation, due to pelvic congestion before menses. This can be treated symptomatically by simple pain killers( Ibuprofen/
aspirin)or anti spasmodic drugs ( dysmen/ baralgan)-according to your doctors choice.
_ Some times when pain is associated with scanty menses,/ profuse bleeding cyclical
hormonal courses help.
Consult a gynecologist to choose one of the regime for you.
Thanks..
