What Causes Vaginal Discharge During 31st Week Of Pregnancy?

hi, i am currently 31 weeks and a day pregnant. i have to go to my local hospitall once a week for a scan and various other checks (doppler?)as i have been told my baby is only weighing 3 pound and is already in cephalic possition. my first child was born at 35 weeks and 2 days weighing just 4 pounds 13 ounces. i have woke up this morning and my urine seems to be bright orange/really dark yellow. im also loosing a hell of a lot of vaginal discharge which is starting to smell. should i be worryed. what should i do ? thanks x

1.Yes you should be worried.
2.With the old history of preterm you need to get a followup scan for baby wellbeing.
3.Comming to discharge, it can be a leak ( which can not be ruled out), any fungal or bacterial infections does gives similar picture.
4.See your doctor as soon as you can, and keep feeling the baby movements any abnormalities - you visit ER.
