What Causes Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

i am 7 weeks pregnanat,my age is 29 years,height 160 cm,weight 63 kg,with no medical history.this is my first pregnancy,and usg was done yesterday after mild spotting.the usg result shows fetal heart beat 163bpm,fetal pole seen and relatively smaller gestational sac with poor decidual reaction.what does this mean and is their any thing to worry?

I would prescribe you to take tablet duphaston daily..
Duphaston basically has progesterone which is of Paramount importance in continuation of pregnancy.
It is routinely prescribed drug and is safe for both mother and baby.
