Hello,

You are suffering from abdominal cramps post intercourse. It commonly occurs due to muscle strain during sex. Before sex make sure you are adequately hydrated, dehydration will trigger headache. Avoid awkward positions, talk to your partner. Stay relaxed, do not keep your pelvic or abdominal muscles tight while having sex. Multiple orgasms can also cause cramps later. An orgasm involves the involuntary contraction of the muscles in the pelvis and pelvic floor.

Muscles may contract intensely and cause temporary cramps after sex, avoid multiple orgasms if you can't sustain. Deep penetration against the cervix causes irritation and cramping. Sometimes, injury or infection of the cervix may also cause vaginal discharge, cramping or pain. Trauma (past or present) physical or emotional during sex can manifest as physical discomfort or pain during or after intercourse.

Avoid sex when you are exhausted, stressed up or in anxiety or tension as it may trigger your symptoms. No worries. Take rest, avoid any type of sexual activity for a few days, you will be fine. Take home made nutritious food and healthy beverage. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
