What Causes Vaginal Discharges After Anal Intercourse?

I am worried i might have an infection as i had unprotected anal sex, then vaginal sex. I have a yellow clumpy discharge from my vagina, its not itchy, do you know hwat it could be? I am not sure if i have any other bacterial infections. I have a repeat of alphamox (amoxycillin) anitbiotics, will this be suitable and clear up any infections, i may have.
