What Causes Vaginal Discoloration After Oral Sex?

Hi. I recently had sex with a girl (oral sex and etc.) which days after, I notice that I have vaginal discoloration on the outside of my vaginal lips. It looks like rough skin or maybe a scab. It doesn't burn or hurt. I was wondering if someone knows what it is or if its serious?
