Hi,
You seem to have contracted vaginitis, possibly secondary to sexual intercourse. The abscess on your finger could be a different issue. It may need draining and dressing along with a proper antibiotic coverage. Please contact a specialist immediately for a physical exam as you need proper investigation for appropriate management. Also, avoid further intercourse until you are properly healed. Your partner also may need treatment. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
