What Causes Vaginal Itching?

I have been having some vaginal problems. I have been to doctor and they did STD test and urine testing. Everything came back negative. They did have me try diflucan. Symptoms still there. The symptoms I am having are a scratchy like feeling in vagina area and my anal area is irritated as well. I been dealing with this for months now. Can you help?
