Hello,

You are suffering from vaginal lumps with itching and hardness. It is commonly caused when a blunt blade is used. It can pull hairs out instead of shaving them away hence causing razor burn and bumps. Reduce your shaving frequency to reduce skin irritation. Make sure that the razor is clean and sharp. If you are doubtful, discard the razor you have and get a fresh one.

Always apply a shaving gel to the pubic area before shaving, instead of using shaving cream. Shaving creams clog the skin’s pores, which can increase the likelihood of bumps. Use other shaving techniques like electrolysis and laser hair removal. You can also go for waxing or hair removal creams. Use patch-test before applying any chemical hair removal cream.

Take care of your hygiene, keep your genital area clean. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Apply hydrocortisone cream to reduce itching and inflammation. You can apply Soframycin cream or calamine cream for relief. In case of fungal infection apply Clotrimazole cream on the area affected. If sexually active, avoid sex for a couple of days, avoid self pleasuring.

You can take non sedating antihistamines, it will help to reduce the symptoms of allergy and inflammation. It should reduce in 1-2 weeks, if not get clinically examined by a dermatologist, get STD tests done. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
