What Causes Vaginal Pain Along With Bleeding And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

I am postmenopausal. I have been experiencing pain in my vagina area. Sitting for long periods makes it worse. It felts like I m cramping. I have had some blood in my urine. I am terribly constipated. The pain/disconfortable travels down both my legs, my pelvis and my lower back. My urine has been cloudy. A burning sensation when I pee. I m on my second round of antibiotics with little to no results. I havw recently had a PAP smear, but the results have not come in yet. I also have blueish discolouration in the form of various spots on both labias. Do I have some form of ccancer?
