What Causes Vaginal Pain And Bleeding After Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?
Hi doc. My bf and I had make out last night, he rubbed his penis and hump without doing penetration to my vagina, he rubbed it too hard that I suddenly feel pain and my vagina was bleeding. I am a virgin and didn’t do fingering too. When I washed it, I feel sting near to the vaginal opening. And it still bleeding. Is it just a scratch? Because when I touch, I do feel like there is a scratch under the vaginal opening. And what about my hymen?

Since there is no penetration with penis or fingering, no need to worry about the hymen if hymen issue you would be giving more details of your pain. Tearing pain or knife cutting pain.
As you explained he rubbed with his penis with or without condom both will cause heat and injury or skin breakage.
Which leads to bleeding and pain, there will be tenderness in the vaginal region till the wound heals.
Other reason for pain and bleeding:
1. Vaginal infection
2. Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, hormonal imbalance
3. Forceful sex
4. Benign or malignant polyp.
5. Anatomical abnormalities
6. Eczema
7. History of surgery
