What Causes Vaginal Pain And Cramping During Pregnancy?
iam 35 weeks pregnant, and i keep feeling these sharp stabbing Pains in my Vagina area, i Cannot stay woke iam More tired then Usual,iam Urinating Alot and having a Hard time sleeping, back pains and sometimes feel like very light period cramps and now im loosing my Appetite

I can understand your concern
in my opinion when the pregnancy is nearing term,There is possibility of a condition called false labour pains
this kind of condition is quite common and there is nothing to worry
to be on safe side I suggest you to consider doing a ultrasound examination of Fetus and also non stress test
discharge from vagina might be due to bacterial infection
kindly undergo examination by a gynecologist for proper evaluation
loss of appetite is also common during this period
