What Causes Vaginal Pain And Discharge With Back Pain During A Pregnancy?
I m 33+3 today since yesterday iv been having tightening pains down below which are painful. I have lower backpain and an increase in vaginal discharge there is no bloodloss and baby is moving fine but what s happening this is my second baby I didn t feel this with first.
Your symptoms may be signs of premature labor. The greatest possibility is that nothing is wrong, but I strongly suggest that you go to the hospital to be monitored for contractions and a vaginal examination to check if you are dilated, and to check your urine as UTI's can sometimes cause back pain and cramping has well. I'm sure everything is possibly fine but because your baby is premature it is best to be cautious and go to the hospital to be thoroughly evaluated.
I hope I adequately answered your question and that my advice was helpful. I hope you get evaluated soon and best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy.
Sincerely, Dr. Brown
