hi. very embarassing question. in my adolescence, i occasionally got sort of like pimples around my vagina. recently, i've been getting them but a bit more often. they hurt when i wipe, actually more like pinch. when they are at the most painful time i can grab them and apply very little pressure and they pop. they're filled with blood and puss. what are these and should i be concerned?
