What Causes Vaginal Pressure During Pregnancy?

hi, i m 32 weeks pregnant with twins and since yesterday i have had diarrhoea 5 times a day and feeling very tried and feel nausea and vomiting and i couldnot stand and walk because my lower abdoment is very pain... When i stand or walk i feel like pressing from inside to the vagina... i wanted to know if this is preterm labour

i understand your concern..
I think you need to consult your gynaecologist as lower abdominal pain with pressure on vagina is a sign of preterm labour. On examination it will be possible to know whether the cervix has opened up. Take rest in left lateral position. Drink plenty of oral fluids.You might require an admission.
