hi, my two year old daughter has started scratching her private area and when i looked to see why she is scratching i noticed her vagina is red and swollen and it was bleeding slightly due to her scratching so hard. do you know what it is from? and what can i do to help relieve the itching?

1.worm infestation.The infested worms easily travel from anus to vagina
2.Fungal infection of diaper area.
Treatment
1.worm infestation by single dose of Levimazole
2.Fungal infection can be treated by topical antifungal like clotrimazole mixed with 1% hydrocortisone (hydrozole)
