What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Bleeding After Having Sex?

i had sex twice before period on a Thursday and Sunday thn on Tuesday and Wednesday I strted spotting. After on Thursday I strted my period for 5 days heavy bleeding (first time this occurs) 4 days after period I started spotting again. What s wrong with me?. As well as that after having sex few days later I get naseua dizzyness backpain cramping red bellybutton. I ve been like this for 2 weeks what s wrong with me-casandea

I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, PAP smear, vaginal swab test and reproductive hormone analysis to confirm the cause.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex.
