Hi I m 58 and had menopause for over long time now, but I m experiencing occasional spotting and also pelvic pain (sometimes really strong) I ve done hormonal treatment ( took estrogen) but my doctor made me stop it and now I ve found out the I have abnormal cells with nuclear mutations and the thickness of the endometrial wall is 9mm thick I can t wait for the results can u please tell me if this is a sign of cancer or not Thank you very much
