What Causes Vaginal Spotting During 34 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I have dark colored stains on all of my underwear, but never on toilet paper while whipping. I am 34 weeks pregnant and have no idea why the dark color is consistently in my underwear, it seems to come from urine/dripping fluid daily for the last four weeks.

I understand your concern.
The brown discharge at 34 weeks of pregnancy can be either from vagina / uterine cavity.
- Vaginal infection leads to inflammation of vagina ,increasing blood supply to vagina & the discharge may get brown.
Any other pathology at mouth of uterus like cervical polyp, crvical errosion may lead to such discahrge.
-fall/ hit on abdomen causing collected old internal bleeding.. may dribble down slowly & form brown discharge.
* you need to consult your gynecologist , get internally examined to clear the matter/ know the cause & get it specifically treated as per need.
- at the moment you should avoid physical/ psychological stress & keep good vaginal hygiene..& seek doctor's appointment.BUt if there is pain/ frank bleeding, you have to go to ER & get urgent consultation & management
