Hello a pregnant woman I know is spotting that led to bleeding and about 6 blood clots cramping was there but not major. She is 8 weeks pregnant. They saw u/s and they could not determine anything. (Too small to tell). They tested hcg and then 2 days later. But the hcg dropped not even 50
