Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Spotting soon after an intercourse can happen with rough intercourse, erosion of the cervix, cervicitis or vaginitis, polyps of the uterus /cervix, premenstrual period or ovulation period. Also, since you seem to have had some bleeding/spotting at your expected period, chances of conception are average. Also, conception is likely if the intercourse you had was during the ovulatory or fertile period of your cycle. At this stage, you can have the blood test for pregnancy to clarify. Hope this helps.
