What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Mirena Coil?
On mirena, about three days ago I had super light spotting. It was light pink to pinkish orange in color and lasted about 5 days. Each day I thought it was my period coming on but the flow never got heavier. It never reached the undies, only when I wiped. Now my boobs get twinges of pain and I ve been overly fatigued lately. Mild bloating. What should I do? What are possible causes of this light pink spotting? Could it be just a regular menses? (My flow is normally heavy) Mirena has been in for about 11 months.

Slight bleeding can happen after Mirena insertion.
Generally, it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
