What Causes Vaginal Spotting With Back Pain And Nausea?

I am not due for my cycle,but early this week I noticed some blood.Now later on I am having bad back pains,headaches,nausea,hardly eat,and tired a lot,as well as adominal pains.I went to the doctor last month and they didnt fnd anything.I am married so I don't know if its because of my husband hygiene.
