What Causes Vaginal Spotting?
Hi, last month and today when I wiped after going to pee I had clear mucus with the tiniest spot of blood in it. Last month and today I m mid cycle. It only happened once in the whole month. Is this normal? I had a Pap smear in march and everything came back normal but this worries me.

This could be due to hormonal imbalance,leads to dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
papsmear actually mesasures the cervical epithelium weather it is healthy or not.
Get e ultrasound scan and look for any fibroid or endometrial hyperplasia.
21 days hormonal tablets may help you.
Sometimes there may be spotting at the time of ovulation if it is occurring at mid cycle. consider it as normal phenomenon.
