I have what looks like a tendon or vein in my arm protruding through the skin where my bicep meets my forearm. I was wondering if it is something to worry about considering I will be lifting heavy weights tonight? There is no pain but there is a bit of tightness.
Visible veins are mainly because of two reasons; 1) when skin if quite thin 2) when body fat percentage is quite low
There is nothing to worry about , as this thing is very common and normal.
Hope this information was of help. Thank.you.
