Hi im just wondering is it normal, ive noticed my boy whose nine was lying down the other day and ive noticed alot of veins on his upper body, there bright blue in colour,

generally veins are noticed on upper body and are quite harmless. but if there are other symptoms like abdominal distention vomiting blood then it is significant
