What Causes Vertigo And Tingling/numbness Around Mouth/chin While On Vyvanse/Levothyroxine/Paxil?

My provider has me taking Vyvanse for ADHD; Levothyroxine for Hypothyroidism; Paxil for depression. I m currently experiencing severe vertigo and nausea. I can t walk or turn my head without feeling like my equilibrium is off. I am also starting to have tingling or numbness around my mouth and chin on the left side. Is it safe to take all three of those medications together? Thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to any of your drugs.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

As of now you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
