What Causes Vertigo, Nausea And Intermittent Headache?

I was diagnosed with vertigo almost 2 years ago and a couple of months later had grand mal and petite mal seizures. The seizures are treated with medication and now I am seizure free for over a year and a half. Within the last week I developed again, vertigo symptoms, a feeling of spinning when I make quick movements and nausia with on and off mild headache at the front of my head and back base of my neck. I am afraid this is the calm before the storm? I do have an appointment with my neurologist in a couple of days. I have had no reaction to medications except for being tired on and off. I take Vimpat 100 mg 2x day and Keppra xr. 1000 mg 2x day

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you have history of epileptic seizure so this could be the reason for vertigo or this may be aggravating factor for vertigo, second this may be due to vastibular dysfunction, could be inflammatory process, headache could be due to stress, or itself due to underlying cause, for all of these one need to go under some test, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
