Dear Sir/Madam I m a 48 years old female. I have problems of frequent urinary infections after every 7 or 10 days or so since 4 years. When I get infected, I have to urinate many times a day in small volumes, sometimes it is uncontrollable and my clothes get messed up and I feel irritation while urination. I consulted many doctors. Urologists I consulted earlier used to treat the infection with antibiotics but about two years ago I went to a urologist who prescribed me Trofame XR once a day and Roliten 2 mg twice a day and I do get relief but when I discontinue them I again suffer. I talked to him (urologist) and he said u have to continue these medicines or else have to undergo surgery. Kindly suggest. Regards Razia masood
