What Causes Very Frequent Urination?

I am a 30y/o male, I have been suffering from frequent urination for about 2 years and it is getting worse daily. I urinate between 15min and 2 hour time frames. I have been tested for type 1 and 2 diabetes and the results are normal. I have started to have panic attacks when I travel or I am sitting for long periods of time, due to having to using the washroom. I when to the doctor again today and he checked my prostate he said that he could not locate it cause it has either moved or it is small. I have a history of prostate cancer on dad's side. I also asked the Dr about diabeties insepidus due to having 3 concussions and 1 massive head injury in the past 5 years, but he said there was no chance of that. Could you please help me, I am confined to traveling less then 10min from home, and my employer is wanting to force me to take medical leave due to this,

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
If you are male then it may be caused by prostate issues. Otherwise, a urinary tract infection (UTI) is a common cause of frequent urination. This happens when bacteria enters the bladder through the urethra. An overactive bladder is another common cause of frequent urination. Overactive bladder is usually a collection of symptoms that can lead to frequent urination. These include: urinary urgency, or the sudden urge to urinate, caused by muscle contraction, urge incontinence, or loss of bladder control. Excessive caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol may also irritate the bladder walls and can worsen frequent urination symptoms. reatment for frequent urination depends on the cause. Your doctor will first treat the primary disease responsible for frequent urination, such as diabetes. If an infection is at fault, your doctor will prescribe antibiotics for getting rid of the infection.
Medications that control the muscle spasms in the bladder can help reduce urinary incontinence, or loss of bladder control. Your doctor also may suggest doing pelvic exercises, such as Kegels or bladder retraining exercises, to help delay urination.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
