What Causes Very Painful Burning Feeling In Vagina With Yellowish Bump?

Hello , i have been having a very painful burning feeling to my vagina as if i had scratches down there . i was just woke up out my sleep by a very rough , yellowish bump on the tip my vagina lip . . Please help me i am very scared right now and really concerned about what it may be

I think that the condition of your can be due to fungal infection so I would suggest you to have a topical antifungal ointment containing steroids, use it for at least 10 days.
