What Causes Vibration In The Lower Right Side Of Abdomen?

I just recently started feeling a vibration in my lower right side abdomen,it doesn t last long and it is the vibration length say of that of a phone on vibration.I am forty years old and never had any really serious illness,but my body is now starting to show signs of wear and tear,lol..can you please give me a brief description of what I should do and what may perhaps be the cause.thankyou.
