What Causes Vibration Of The Nerve In The Neck During Workouts?
I have been working out lately, lifting weights and cardio...and i observed that sometimes the nerve under my left eyebrow or the nerve on right side of neck starts vibrating involuntarily for like 30-60 seonds, it also stops if i press it lightly, but there is no pain etc. is this a serious issue and should i go see a doctor about it? it happend like 3-6 times a day like when im watching tv or walking.
Muscular spasm are frequent in people who do hard works or lift weights. In most of the cases they are due to dehydration (liquids loss from hard work). Sometimes electrolytes disorders may be found in rutine blood tests, (for example normal values of calcium may change). Go for an electrolyte balance test to see if anything is not going right. Go through a balanced diet and drink enough liquids to prevent dehydration.
Take care. Best regards! Dr Eriol.
