What Causes Vibration Type Sensation On Left Side Of Chest?

All day today I have been having a vibration-type sensation on the left side of my chest. It doesn t feel like it is in the skin but deeper in the chest. I don t have any pain associated with it. It feels like I have a cell phone in my pocket and it s vibrating except there is no cell phone in my pocket. I do have high blood pressure and take medication for it. Other than that, I am fairly healthy. Any ideas?

If you are having associated symptoms like giddiness, and this symptom is persisting then you need to be evaluated with an ECG as it could be some disturbance in heart rate as well.
