Well come to HCM
This could be due to Migraine attack, actually migraine is not pure pathological disease, some functional elements are responsible for this, I actually treating this condition initially with Tab Acetaminophen and Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, also ask for ophthalmologist's opinion, take care and have nice day.
