What Causes Vision Distortion After Working On The Computer For Long Hours?

Earlier today, for about an hour, I had a problem with my right eye - while working at my computer, all of a sudden whenever I moved my eye, I saw spots like you do when you stare into a bright light along with black flashing jagged lines and they moved whenever I moved my eye...the problem cleared on it s own after about an hour - I am currently on meds for diabetes, hbp and high cholesterol, but all these are kept under control. Could this problem be a symptom of eye fatigue from working on the computer for most of the day every day?

just repplyed.please verify and rectify your working. it is known as computer vision syndrome result from glaring effect and decrease blinking prevent spread of tear film. use anti glare specs and apply refresh eye tear drop before starting work and in between. decrease hour of using computer for long time. change your focus by going near window and looking outside blink and look at greenery.
