What Causes Vision Loss?

Hello, I am just curious if I should be concerned about a couple of recent noseblees. I have gotten bleeds in the past, when it is dry out and the are small and quickly end. The last couple of days they have been very heavy and last for about 15 minutes, just gushing and this time out of both nostrils, that was a first as it usually only happens out of one nostril. Last night, I expeienced vision loss, when looking straight forward there was patches of bright where I couldn't see. I drank a lot of water thinking that maybe it was dehydration. After about 1 hour my vision returned, is there anything that I should be concerned about about? Are they correlated?
