What Causes Vision Problem In One Eye While On BP Medication?
I am a 69 y.o white male in excellent health only taking 10 mg BP med for past 7 years. I just experienced a swift narrowing of my vision in my right eye only. It appeared to last for about a minute and then eyesight returned to normal. No other sx. What could this be a sign of? What is my next step to address it? YYYY@YYYY

hypertensive profile should be done and fundus examination to exclude hypertensive retinopathy iot may be measured to exclude glaucoma.
