What Causes Vision Problems After Lumbar Puncture?

Hi, I m an 18 year old female and I m relatively healthy. I ve been having vision problems for the past maybe 13 months and I ve seen many doctors and had a lot of tests and everyone s struggled to give me a diagnosis. It started when at night time, I turned the light off and my room was not entirely black but sort of moonlit, and I lost the vision in my right eye. When I turned the light back on I could see fine. It s now progressed from even when I walk into a darker room from a lighter one my right eye vision dims or goes completely black. I have frequent headaches, tinnitus, whooshing in my ears and worse than usual postural drop. Tests show I don t have the venous pulse in my right eye and my right optic nerve is prominent. I ve had a lumbar puncture that returned normal opening pressure and am having another one in the next week. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thank you
